Rohan Gaikwad

Rohan Gaikwad is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a robust background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a PMO Manager at Earthrise Energy since January 2024, Rohan's expertise was previously demonstrated as an Assistant Project Manager at Cupertino Electric, Inc. from July 2022 to January 2024. Rohan's extensive tenure at The AES Corporation spanned nearly a decade from June 2013 to July 2022, during which various roles including Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Contracts Manager, Project Controls Manager, and Project Analyst were undertaken. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Green Generation Solutions, LLC in 2012 and a design internship at Crompton Greaves from 2010 to 2011. Rohan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical Power and Energy Systems from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
