Camila Meza-Cuadra has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Camila is currently working as a Project Lead in Nature Operations at Earthshot Labs, where they manage conservation and restoration projects globally, focusing on project management, process building, and financial modeling. Prior to this, they worked as a Proposal Manager at the International Potato Center (CIP), leading teams of scientists to design research and development projects in multiple regions. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Analyst and Analyst at McKinsey & Company, an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú - PUCP, and a Resource Mobilization Consultant at UN Women. Camila has also served as a Research Assistant at Universidad del Pacífico (PE) and as a New Business Development Intern at the International Potato Center (CIP). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, research, budget development, client prospecting, and international cooperation.
Camila Meza-Cuadra's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Executive Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, which they obtained from 2013 to 2018. Camila is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Development Studies, majoring in Agrarian, Food, and Environmental Studies at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2022.
