Global Lead, Farmer Livelihoods & Resilience at Earthworm Foundation

Ann Fuller has extensive experience in global development and community engagement, currently serving as the Global Lead for Farmer Livelihoods & Resilience and Global Coordinator for Cocoa at Earthworm Foundation since June 2021. Prior roles include Chief of Staff at Mountain Hazelnuts and Project Manager at Groundwork USA. Ann's tenure at Rustic Pathways spanned over a decade, during which leadership positions included Director of Global Community Impact and Director of Community Partnerships. Additionally, Ann has served as a Master's Consultant for the United Nations Capital Development Fund and held managerial roles at New York Cares and as Campaign Organizer for the Appliance Standards Awareness Project. Ann holds a Master of Urban Planning in International Development Planning from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a BA in Anthropology from Bates College, complemented by a semester abroad in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
