Archana Vasandani has significant experience in human resources, particularly with Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group since January 2012, where current responsibilities include designing employee cycles and executing HR strategies to enhance employee engagement. Previously, in roles such as Assistant Manager - Human Capital Development and Human Resources Business Partner, Archana managed various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Executive at Perma Pipe Middle East from 2007 to 2012. Archana holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification and a diploma in HR Management from the American University, along with a Master of Commerce in Human Resources Management.
