Director Of Customer Success at Ease

Chuck Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Chuck began their career as an Accounting Associate at Walt Disney World in 1992. Chuck then moved on to Raymond James Financial Inc., where they served as a Senior Technical Advisor and later as an Associate Vice President.

In 2000, they joined In.vision Research as a Principal Consultant and eventually became the Vice President of Client Services. In this role, Chuck played a key role in managing XML knowledge assets and providing software solutions to clients.

Chuck's next major career move came in 2008 when they joined Quark as the Director of Enterprise Services. Chuck was responsible for managing the US Professional Services team and played a vital role in integrating In.vision into Quark following an acquisition. Chuck was instrumental in establishing Quark's Global Professional Services organization and implementing a global services delivery model.

Before their current position, Chuck worked as the Co-Owner of Dubbs Enterprises LLC for a brief period in 2019. Since January 2020, they have been serving as the Customer Success Manager at EASE Inc. - Process Performance Solutions. Chuck was later promoted to the role of Director of Customer Success.

Chuck Wilson attended Auburn University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
