Jonathan Stoop

Jonathan Stoop is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success management, talent scouting, and soccer coaching. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ease.io since May 2022, Jonathan focuses on optimizing customer satisfaction and creating user-friendly technical resources. Concurrently, as a Scout/Writer for Target Scouting, talent identification skills are enhanced by analyzing undervalued footballers globally. Previous experience includes roles as a Video Scout for FC Dinamo Tbilisi and as a Boy's Varsity Soccer Assistant Coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, where Jonathan contributed to team analysis and strategic planning. Jonathan's soccer career as a professional player for clubs like 1904 FC and Orange County Soccer Club and as a NCAA Student-Athlete at UC San Diego complements a strong educational foundation, including a Master's in Sport Management from St Mary’s University and a Bachelor's in International Studies from the University of California, San Diego.
