Lead Learning Experience Designer at Ease Learning

Annesa Hartman has extensive experience in the field of educational curriculum design and development. Annesa has worked as the Lead Learning Experience Designer at Ease Learning since 2014, where they manage projects, mentors other designers, and oversees major initiatives to create engaging learning experiences for clients.

Before joining Ease Learning, Annesa Hartman worked as an Adjunct Professor in Computer Graphics at Modesto Junior College starting in 2000. Annesa taught online courses in graphic design principles and authoring tools using platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, and Blackboard.

From 2008 to 2014, Annesa Hartman also served as an Adjunct Professor in Computer Graphics at the Community College of Vermont. During this time, they taught courses and contributed to the education of students in this field.

In 2013, Annesa Hartman worked at Southern New Hampshire University as a Senior Instructional Designer. Annesa mentored other instructional designers and played a key role in developing online courses aligned with program and course outcomes. Annesa collaborated with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging learning experiences for diverse adult learners using rapid authoring tools.

Annesa Hartman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Dance at the University of Oregon, studying from 1992 to 1994. Annesa later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Teaching with Technology at the Graduate Center of Marlboro College from 2000 to 2002.
