Jeffrey DeLong is a Program Success Manager at EASE Logistics since June 2021, where responsibilities include driving product innovation and enhancing performance across the company’s product offerings by utilizing technical expertise and strategic insights. Previously served as a Continuous Improvement Partner focusing on TMS (McLeod) as a key user, and as Carrier Administration Manager overseeing the onboarding, compliance, and reporting of a large network of carriers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Carrier Administration Representative and Claims Representative at Auto-Owners Insurance. Jeffrey DeLong holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and previously studied Finance at Miami University.
