Chae York

Chae York is the RVP of Operations at Thrive. Drawing upon his 18+ years of technology experience, he oversees industry-leading managed services deployments and supports complex IT networks in a variety of vertical markets.

Most recently, Chae served as the Director of Managed Services at InCare Technologies, a nationally recognized MSP in the healthcare, government, education, and SMB sectors, until the company was acquired by Thrive in 2022. He joined InCare in 2012 as a senior engineer and within a year, he was promoted to Director of Managed Services where his leadership helped transform the team.

Before InCare, Chae spent several years supporting, designing, and deploying complex IT networks for the healthcare industry.

Chae graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received his Master’s of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
