Christine Capen

Christine Capen has significant experience in leadership roles within the technology and support services sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Team Lead at Ease since October 2018, Christine leads a team of connection specialists committed to assisting brokers with benefit administration through the Ease application and various insurance partners. Previously, Christine held the position of Manager of Support Services at LabArchives, LLC from January 2014 to November 2016, and served as Director of Technical Services at RefWorks/COS from April 2002 to January 2015.
