Laurent Delime has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg Hénallux and completed additional education at CEFOR. They have held various roles in HR, including at Easi as HR Director and Partner. Prior to that, they worked as a Permanent Placement Consultant at Manpower, as an HR Administrator at UBS Belgium, and gained experience through internships at Hilton Dublin Kilmainham and Renault.
