Thu Trang Dao is currently a Sales Team Leader for the German Speaking Market at Easia Travel. Thu has over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry and has previous experience working as an Outbound Deputy Manager for Anhduongtours. During their time with Anhduongtours, they were responsible for leading tour groups, marketing and advertisement design, managing client relationships, and developing new products for destinations in Southeast Asia. Thu also organized study tours for education, commerce, and construction. Thu Trang Dao is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the tourism industry and is a valuable asset to Easia Travel.

Thu Trang Dao has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanoi Open University. Thu also has certification from Tue Tinh Medical Pharmaceutical Professional Secondary School in Community health care (non-drug treatment) by Reflexology. Thu is certified by Travelife for Tour Operators in Basic training, Board Certified in Animal Welfare Science, Child Protection training, Covid-19 Resilient training, Guides and Sustainability, Internal environmental management, Leading the way! - Guide training, and Staff Engagement. Finally, they are certified by PTI Education Training Group as a Professional CEO.

Thu Trang Dao reports to Loan Doan Thi Thanh, Country Director, Vietnam. They work with Pham Thi Hoa Ly - Sales Team Leader, North America Market, Nguyen Kim Thu - Office Manager, Easia Danang, and Hong Phan - Sales Executive, German Speaking Market.
