Caroline Condamin

Head of Customer Success at Easiware

Caroline Condamin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Developer and Functional Support, gaining expertise in software development and functional assistance. From 2011 to 2015, they co-founded and served as the CTO of Onecub, an innovative VRM tool that helps individuals manage their relationships with vendors and provides consumption statistics for business intelligence. In 2014 and 2015, Caroline worked as an Instructor in Project Management at Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale. Since 2015, they have been with Easiware, where they started as a Customer Success Manager & Project Director, moving on to become the Manager of Customer Success and currently holding the position of Head of Customer Success.

Caroline Condamin pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, where they obtained a Licence degree in Applied Mathematics. Following a gap in their education, they resumed their studies in 2015 and successfully completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Team Management at the University of Montpellier in 2016.
