Mary Colby

Mary Colby is currently the treasurer at East Bay Agency for Children. Mary has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Colby started their career at Standard & Poor's in 1990 as an associate director. Mary then moved to Charles Schwab in 1996 and became the head of municipal research and investment stewardship. In this role, they oversaw a team of analysts supporting municipal funds and led the investment stewardship team in developing and implementing proxy voting policies for fundamental and index equity funds.

Colby has been with East Bay Agency for Children since July of 2022. In their role as treasurer, they are responsible for the agency's finances and ensuring that they are properly managed.

Mary Colby has a Bachelor of Arts in European Mary'story from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts in 19th C. French Social Mary'story from Northwestern University.
