Martin Bryan

Martin Bryan serves as the Board Chair for Regenerate, a start-up focused on renewable energy and nature restoration through AI monitored agrivoltaics, since November 2024. Previously, at Mediabrands, Martin held the role of Global Chief Sustainability Officer from September 2022 to August 2025, where Martin established and scaled the first sustainability practice, creating sustainable products for clients and directing transformation initiatives. Martin also served as Global Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability at UM Worldwide between September 2018 and July 2023, leading growth strategies for major FMCG brands. Martin has a diverse background including a travel sabbatical from January 2017 to August 2018, and earlier roles in corporate social responsibility and strategy at UM Worldwide and Citigroup Private Bank. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Leadership & Development from Vanderbilt University, a Diploma of International Business Management from the University of Cambridge, and a degree in Corporate Sustainability Management from Yale School of Management.
