Capri Roth is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development at the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), where responsibilities include overseeing the development and management of affordable housing and community spaces. With a strong background in project management and development, Roth previously held roles at CJR Consulting, Terrex Development Corporation, and other organizations, contributing to significant projects such as the $40 million recapitalization of Gabilan Plaza Apartments. Academically, Roth holds an MBA in Management from Lehigh University and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from The New School.
