Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at EBALDC is responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic vision and operational effectiveness. This team, which includes the Interim CEO, Vice President of Resource Development & Communications, Executive VP of Property Operations, and Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Technology, collaborates to enhance community development initiatives, drive resource acquisition, manage property operations, and foster a supportive work environment, ultimately ensuring that the organization successfully meets its mission of empowering low-income communities in the East Bay.
