Dionisio (Dee) Rosario has held various leadership and advisory roles in multiple organizations dedicated to community service and environmental stewardship. Currently serving as Co-convener at the California Alliance for Retired Americans and a Member of the Board of Directors for the East Bay Regional Park District since January 2017, Rosario also contributes as a Member of the Executive Committee for AFSCME-Council 57 Retirees. Previous experiences include positions such as Executive Board Member with the Regional Parks Association and Vice President of Friends of Sausal Creek. From 1975 to 2013, Rosario gained significant experience as a Park Ranger, Firefighter-Officer, and Park Supervisor with the East Bay Regional Park District.
