Karalyn Aronow, CAWA has extensive experience in nonprofit organizations, animal care, and education. Karalyn has held roles such as Vice President of Operations and Animal Services Practice Manager at various animal welfare organizations. Karalyn has a Master's Degree in Animal Behavior and Ethology and Biology/Biological Sciences. Throughout their career, Karalyn has demonstrated strong leadership, program development, and community outreach skills.

The East Bay SPCA has been saving lost and abandoned animals since 1874. We are an independent, nonprofit organization serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We operate two Adoption and Education Centers, two Spay/Neuter Surgery Centers and a full-service Veterinary Clinic. Thanks to all of our donors and supporters who make our lifesaving work possible!
