Maryam El Kherba

Maryam El Kherba has a wide range of experience in the healthcare industry. Maryam has worked as a Director of Business Intelligence at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as both a Manager and Quality Improvement Data Analytics Team Lead from 2012 to 2017. Maryam also worked at Ernst & Young as an Advisor in the Healthcare Practice - Performance Improvement Services from 2010 to 2012. Maryam has experience as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they have additional healthcare-related experience as a Business Analyst and author of a thesis on mHealth from 2005 to 2010. Maryam has also worked at Pfizer as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in 2009 and at the University of South Florida as a Researcher from 2007 to 2008.

Maryam El Kherba, MPH, MS has a strong education background in the field of healthcare policy and management. Maryam obtained a Master of Sciences degree in Healthcare Policy and Management from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée in 2006. Maryam then pursued further education at the University of South Florida, where they earned a Master of Public Health degree in Healthcare Policy and Management in 2007. Continuing their academic journey, Maryam obtained a Master of Sciences degree in Health Informatics from Northeastern University in 2010. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Supervised Machine Learning with Python from TDWI in 2019 and as an Improvement Coach Professional from IHI in 2018.
