Joe Dacey, CISSP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at East Cambridge Savings Bank, one of the premier mutual banks in the Boston area, since July 2024. Previously, Dacey held the position of First Vice President and Director of IT at Cambridge Trust Company, overseeing Technology and Cybersecurity for a $10 billion Private Bank and Wealth Management firm. Dacey's extensive experience also includes roles at Hill Holliday, where leadership spanned IT strategy, security, and project management, and positions at Akibia, Aegis Associates, and Adventis, focusing on security consulting, systems engineering, and technical support. Dacey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University.
