Karen Kus

Karen Kus is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in student services and academic administration. Since June 2012, Karen has served as the Executive Director of the College of Business Center for Student Success at East Carolina University, also holding roles as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Safety and Services, and Director of Undergraduate Programs. Prior to this position, Karen worked at Babson College from 1994 to 2000 in various roles including Associate Dean in the Office of Class Deans, Assistant Dean, and Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs. Karen holds a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, both from Bowling Green State University.
