Donna Carley

Donna Carley is an experienced professional currently serving as a Meter Data Analyst and previously as a Member Services Specialist at East Central Energy since July 2018. Prior to this role, Donna worked at maurices for eight years, progressing from Visual Merchandise Manager to Store Manager. Earlier experience includes a role in Human Resources at Carley Communications, Inc., from 1999 to 2006, and serving as a Motor Pool Specialist in the Minnesota Army National Guard from April 1992 to April 2000. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
