Wendy Leibel

Wendy Leibel has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles, currently serving as Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant, and Employee Development Coordinator at East Central Energy since April 2014. In this position, Wendy partners with leadership to facilitate training and development initiatives, performance management, and workforce planning. Prior to East Central Energy, Wendy was the Children's Ministry Director at Journey North Church from August 2007 to August 2013, where responsibilities included empowering over 50 volunteers, developing educational curriculum, and coordinating a summer program for 140 students. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, earned between 2019 and 2021, and also completed Generals at Anoka-Ramsey Community College from August 2015 to May 2019.
