Nanette McFadden

Nanette McFadden is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at East Central Ohio Educational Service Center since August 2019, Nanette previously held the role of HR Manager at Lauren Manufacturing from June 2006 to July 2019, overseeing HR operations for multiple subsidiary companies and managing union and non-union employee relations. Prior experience includes serving as HR Supervisor/AVP Human Resources at The Delaware County Bank & Trust, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, compliance, and benefits management. Nanette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
