Glenn Bergeron is an experienced software engineer specializing in avionics, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Avidyne since January 2007, where expertise includes developing DO-178B-certified avionics software using C++ for advanced glass panel displays and flight decks. In addition to engineering roles, Glenn holds part-time positions as a Certified Flight Instructor, contributing to FAA Part 61 and Part 141 flight schools since 2016. Previous roles at Raytheon, Agfa, and Avid involved software and quality assurance engineering in various domains, including military systems and prepress equipment. Glenn’s educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from Merrimack College and multiple certifications in flight instruction and piloting.
