Alex Wallace

Alex Wallace is an experienced Student Services Manager currently leading teams at East Coast College since August 2023. Previously, Alex served as the Library and Wellbeing Team Leader at City College Norwich from March 2019 to August 2023, overseeing the development of three teams supporting a diverse student population of 11,000. Additional roles held include Team Manager at Barnardo's, Safeguarding Officer at City College Norwich, Family Support Worker at Norfolk County Council, and International Community Development at The Balkans Trust. Alex holds a Diploma of Education in Creating Trauma Informed Schools and Communities from North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and has further education in Trauma Informed Schools UK.
