Hannah Starkie has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Work Experience at The Yorkshire Post in 2016. Hannah then moved on to an Editorial Intern position at Quirky Daily in 2016. In 2018, Hannah gained further experience as a Freelance Writer at Olive, where they wrote health and fitness articles, and as a Work Experience at LADbible Group, where they wrote articles covering various topics. Hannah also co-founded and edited a magazine called REVERB, targeting female DJs and producers in the electronic music industry. Additionally, Hannah worked as a Copywriter at P.Louise Makeup Academy, where they created educational materials and assisted with social media and packaging designs. In 2019, Hannah worked as a Clubbing Intern at Ibiza Spotlight S.L., where they wrote reviews and news stories about club nights on the island of Ibiza. Hannah then joined The Manc Group in 2021, first as a Social Media Executive, responsible for sourcing content for The Manc Group's social platforms and managing The Manc Audio. Hannah was later promoted to the role of Social Media Manager, where they developed and implemented the social media strategy across multiple platforms. Currently, Hannah is a Digital Content Manager at East Coast Concepts, where they manage the digital media channels and creates engaging content for brands such as Victors and Neighbourhood.

Hannah Starkie's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Fairfield High School for Girls. After completing their secondary education there in 2012, they went on to Loreto Sixth Form College, where they studied for a couple of years. The specific degree and field of study for this phase are unknown. From 2014 to 2017, Hannah attended the University of Leeds, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Phonetics. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Magazine Journalism at The University of Sheffield from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Hannah has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they completed the course "Social Media Marketing Foundations" through LinkedIn. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in "Illustrator 2020 Essential Training," "InDesign 2020 Essential Training," "Learning to Write Marketing Copy," "Photoshop 2020 Essential Training: The Basics," "Social Media Marketing with Facebook and Twitter," and "Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities," all through LinkedIn.
