Shaughn Shields

Shaughn Shields has a diverse work experience, starting with East Coast Interiors Corporation in 2020. In this company, they served as an Operations Manager and a Project Manager.

Prior to that, Shaughn worked for the US Army starting in 2016, where they held the position of Company Commander. In this role, they were responsible for managing 91 personnel, overseeing logistics, training requirements, and more.

Before joining the Army, Shaughn worked at Suffolk Construction starting in 2015. Shaughn held various roles, including Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Engineer. As a Superintendent, they supervised construction projects, and as a Project Engineer, they assisted with project management.

Shaughn Shields completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with honors in Corporate Finance and Big Data Analytics from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, graduating in 2016. From 2012 to 2016, Shaughn attended Suffolk University for this degree.

In 2018, Shaughn obtained a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.

Shaughn is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Economics at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2024. In August 2021, Shaughn also obtained a certification in Mathematics for Management from Harvard Business Review.
