Lola Menghi is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resource Director at East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp since May 2014, Lola has previously held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at Passaic Healthcare Services and Human Resources Manager at C&C Homecare, Inc. Additionally, Lola has been involved with The Summer Hope Foundation as Secretary since 2002, supporting patients and families affected by cancer. Education was obtained at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1994 to 1999.

Established in 1997, East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp. (ECOP) has become a leader in custom orthotic, prosthetic, durable medical equipment (DME) and rehabilitation devices. Our headquarters are in Deer Park, New York and we have grown to be the largest privately owned O&P Company in the New York metropolitan area. ECOP has over 170 employees and our clinical team is trained in the latest practices of rehabilitation device medicine. Our dynamic staff comes from 14 countries and they speak 10 different languages to better serve a diverse client base. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to immediately respond to our patients’ needs. ECOP uses the latest in computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, as well as patent-pending appliances we have developed in our in-house R&D division, to quickly and accurately produce better fitting and functioning orthotic and prosthetic devices and solution for our patients.
