Ryan Michaels

Ryan Michaels is a Senior Engineering Manager at East Coast Power Systems, where responsibilities include streamlining operations across engineering, assembly, and manufacturing departments while overseeing the recruitment, training, and mentorship of new engineers. Previously, Ryan served as an Electromechanical Engineer, designing custom solutions and improving efficiency with low-voltage switchgear. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Cummins Allison, leading projects to enhance products for currency counting and sorting. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2017.
