Lucia Benitez has extensive experience in operations and customer service within the transportation and logistics industry. Currently an Operations Team Member at East Coast Warehouse & Distribution since September 2018, Lucia previously served as an Intermodal CSR at Target Transportation from February 2011 to October 2016. Additionally, Lucia held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Gemini Traffic Sales from November 2007 to August 2009 and worked in operations at Jevic from 2000 to 2007.
