Andre Francis has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at East Coast Wings + Grill since September 2016. Prior positions include Chef at Noble Fin from May 2016 to November 2017, Acting General Manager at Hurricane Grill & Wings from October 2014 to April 2016, and Line Cook at Yard House Restaurants from June 2013 to June 2014. In addition, Andre worked as a Server at Red Lobster between October 2008 and May 2014. Andre completed education at Plantation High School from 2004 to 2008.

East Coast Wings + Grill is a steadily-growing, upscale casual dining wing concept that has 35 operating locations, 11 currently in development/construction, and 47 plus sold locations throughout the Southeast slated for development over the next five years. This family-friendly franchise not only caters to the chicken wing lover by offering 60 different flavors of jumbo chicken wings in seven different heat levels, but also serves salads, burgers, skillets, flatbreads and more, all using fresh not frozen ingredients.
