James W. Martinsen

As a founding member of EEDA, Jim Martinsen was responsible for establishing multiple programs and services and developing many policies and procedures. As Chief Financial Officer he created and supervised multiple EEDA departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Transportation. He also managed multiple development projects among a myriad of other things over the years. Jim's education and background are in engineering. Jim retired from his staff position at EEDA in 2017 and joined the board of directors.
