Kristin Moore

Kristin Moore is an experienced educator specializing in exceptional education, currently serving as the Lead Exceptional Education Teacher at East End Prep since July 2017. Kristin's responsibilities include creating and implementing individualized lessons, analyzing student data to enhance curriculum effectiveness, and tracking IEP goals. Previous roles included Associate Teacher at East End Preparatory School, where lesson planning and behavior management were key duties, and various positions in early childhood education, marketing, and community support. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Mercy University and a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Special Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
