Rich Deming

Rich Deming has extensive experience in various industries, including renewable energy, government funding, construction, and journalism. Rich is currently the CEO of East Energy Renewables and was previously the CEO and Founder of Power Resource Group. Rich was also a Partner at Shift Equity, Senior Partner at Calor Energy, and Director at Aedifico, LLC. Rich'searly career involved founding CSI, a construction waste diversion company, and co-founding and serving as President of DD, Inc., a construction company. Deming started their career as a journalist for the Budapest Business Journal. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in project development, government affairs, management, and sustainability.

Rich Deming earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from William Jewell College in 1991, followed by a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1993. Rich then obtained a Diploma in Renewable Energy Technologies from North Carolina State University in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Merchant Mariner Credential from the US Coast Guard, a North Carolina Unlimited General Contractor License from the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors, and verified certificates in Blockchain Technology and Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies from edX and Berkely on EDx, respectively.
