Nate Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of psilocybin therapy and cannabis. Since August 2021, Nate has served as Co-creator and Director of Operations at InnerTrek, focusing on psilocybin facilitator training under Oregon's Measure 109. Additionally, Nate is the Executive Director and founding Board Member of the Sheri Eckert Foundation, which provides scholarships for psilocybin facilitator training, and has held the role of Director at Plant Medicine Healing Alliance since December 2020, advocating for the decriminalization of plant medicines. As a co-founder of East Fork Cultivars, Nate has contributed to sustainable farming practices for CBD-rich cannabis. Nate has also played leadership roles on various boards, including the Association of Western Hemp Professionals and the Oregon Cannabis Association, where Nate worked to support responsible cannabis regulation. Previous work with Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler involved policy advisement on critical local issues. Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Planning, Public Policy, and Management from the University of Oregon.
