Sarah H.

Sarah H. has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Assistant Principal and Science Department Chair at East Greenbush Central Schools since December 2002, overseeing grades 6-12. In addition, Sarah has taught high school science courses including Biology, Chemistry, and Forensic Science, and held the position of Interim Assistant Principal for one year. Outside of education, Sarah has worked as a Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor at Total Body Trifecta at Hudson Valley Community College since September 2008, specializing in core-focused exercise methods. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University at Albany.
