Mark Barnett

Mark Barnett is the Housing Development Manager at East Hampshire District Council since October 2013, where responsibilities include identifying land, developments, and funding opportunities to deliver affordable homes. Prior experience includes serving as the Regeneration Project Manager at Sentinel Housing Association from November 2010 to September 2013, overseeing large regeneration projects from inception through to completion and managing site appraisals and cashflow forecasting. Additionally, Mark worked as a Housing Strategy and Development Officer at Winchester City Council from 1996 to 2010. Mark holds a BA (HONS) in Housing from Solent University and completed GCSEs at King Edward VI School.
