Rebecca Racine is an experienced educator with a strong background in instructional coaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Residency & Instructional Coach at East Harlem Scholars Academies, Rebecca supports resident and lead teachers through observations and professional development, while also managing a comprehensive professional development framework. Previously, Rebecca worked as a First/Second Grade ICT Lead Teacher, where responsibilities included adapting curricula and managing IEP goals for a diverse classroom. In addition to current coaching roles, Rebecca lectures as an Adjunct Lecturer at Hunter College, teaching alternative-certification pathway students. Earlier experiences include teaching roles, summer housing coordination at New York University, and research positions within governmental organizations. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from New York University.
