Ingrid D. Sotelo

Ingrid D. Sotelo, MPA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and previously held the role of Chief Development & External Affairs Officer at East Harlem Tutorial Program since January 2022. Prior to this, Ingrid worked at Union Settlement as Director of Community Outreach & Operations from January 2020 to January 2022. Ingrid's experience includes serving as Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships for NYC Census 2020 and in various roles at the NYC Office of the Comptroller, including Director of Community Action Center and Director of Community Affairs. Additional positions include Community Liaison & Equal Employment Officer at the Office of the Manhattan Borough President and Community Liaison for the New York State Senate. Ingrid holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Marymount Manhattan College.
