Jomar Alvarado

Jomar Alvarado is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Dean of Students at East Harlem Tutorial Program, where responsibilities include managing behavior systems for over 550 students and 40 staff. Previously held roles include Culture Associate, overseeing interventions for middle school students, and site director roles at the Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle, focusing on academic growth and emotional development. Jomar is also the founder of Walk by Faith Apparel, leading all aspects of the business while advocating for faith and resilience. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Chipotle Mexican Grill, enhancing operational efficiencies. Jomar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John's University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Westchester Community College.
