April Miles has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. April started their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at SUNY Upstate Medical University and worked there until 2008. April then joined Finger Lakes Health as a Hospital Navigator from 2008 to 2011. In 2014, they joined FLH Medical P.C., where they held the roles of RN Care Manager and PCMH Clinical Lead until 2016. In the same year, they began working at East Hill Medical Center as the Director of Clinical Services until 2019 when they became the Chief Operating Officer. April also served as the Interim President & CEO from September 2021 to December 2021 and is currently the President & CEO of East Hill Medical Center.
April Miles has a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. April then pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration and Gerontology at Cornell University from 2003 to 2005. In 1999 and 2000, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tompkins Cortland Community College. Lastly, from 2012 to 2014, they completed an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Finger Lakes Community College.

Parking is available nearby at the City Parking Garage and on the street. Duckett Family Medicine is part of East Hill and serves patients 16 and older.
