Scott Sells

Scott Sells is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in system operations and reliability standards within the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of System Operations at East Kentucky Power Cooperative since March 2013, Scott has previously held roles such as Supervisor for Power Delivery Planning and Senior Engineer for System Operations. Prior to this, Scott worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from December 2008 to February 2013, focusing on electric reliability and overseeing NERC standard modifications. Earlier career experience includes positions at E.On U.S. in Transmission Operations and the Kentucky Association of Electric Cooperatives. Scott holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
