Eileen Rhodes

Ms. Rhodes is East Lake’s President. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property management company. The Project Executive for the CHA portfolio reports directly to Ms. Rhodes as do the CFO and the management team for East Lake’s conventional portfolio. Ms. Rhodes has been acting in an asset & property management capacity for over 15 years. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management for 12,000 housing units, including marketing, leasing, budgeting, staffing, repairs, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Rhodes received her BA from Georgetown University and her MA from Erikson Institute. At Erikson Institute, Ms. Rhodes completed a nine-month internship with a well-respected welfare-to-work program and has extensive volunteer experience working with inner city youth and advocacy groups. Ms. Rhodes has her real estate broker’s license from the state of Illinois. In 2019 she was elected Chairperson of the Capital Development Board.
