Martin Kay Fcimspa (Hon)

Martin Kay BA (Hon) FCIMSPA is an experienced professional in strategic funding and leisure management, currently serving as the Strategic Funding Manager at East Lindsey District Council since July 2019. Martin is also the Owner of MSK Consulting Limited, specializing in making leisure work, since May 2016. Previously, Martin held the position of Director at SPORTA UK from June 2011 to May 2016, where Martin engaged in high-level lobbying and negotiations for member trusts. Additionally, Martin served as Chief Executive of Rossendale Leisure Trust from June 2006 to May 2016, leading the strategic direction of the organization and representing it at various regional and national think tanks. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Sport, Culture, and Business from St Gabriels RC High School and has a degree in Leisure and Business Management from The University of Bolton.
