Rachel Harwood LLB (Hons) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and sustainable housing. Currently serving as Project Manager and previously as Principal Sustainable Housing Officer at East Lindsey District Council, Rachel has overseen the delivery of the Green Homes Grant and Sustainable Warmth projects. Rachel's background includes roles as Sustainable Housing Officer and Housing Standards Officer, focusing on housing inspections and compliance with relevant legislation. Earlier career experiences include managing a commercial trading estate and developing funding projects for the Living Well Project. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lincoln, is a qualified Family Mediator, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying at University College of Estate Management.
