Stuart Dawkins is an experienced governance professional with a significant track record in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since August 2022, Stuart has served as an Independent Governor at De Montfort University. As a Non-executive Director at East Midlands Chamber since December 2013 and at EMB Ltd since September 2009, Stuart also holds the position of Chair of the Audit Committee at EMB Ltd. Stuart has been involved with the Leicestershire & Rutland Community Foundation as Chair of Trustees since March 2021, having been a Trustee since 2012. Additionally, Stuart led Wyggeston & QE I Sixth Form College as Governor and Chair from 2011 to 2023, overseeing its merger. Previous roles include Non-executive Director and Deputy Chairman at East Midlands Ambulance Service and Lay Member of the Audit Committee at the University of Leicester. Stuart holds an MBA from Kingston University, an MSc in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics, and a BA in Maths & Economics from the University of Liverpool.
