Alice Vincent

Alice Vincent currently serves as the Operations Continuous Improvement Manager at East Midlands Railway, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alice gained extensive project management experience as a Senior Project Manager for Brand Implementation with the Great British Railways Transition Team from September 2021 to April 2024 and held various positions at East Midlands Railway, including Infrastructure and Property Development Lead (Maternity Cover) and Brand Project Delivery Manager. Alice's earlier experience includes marketing roles at East Midlands Railway and Derby Theatre, where responsibilities included developing targeted campaigns and managing social media outlets. Leadership skills were further demonstrated as President of the Warwick University Drama Society, alongside contributions to the University of Warwick’s Theatre and Performance Studies program. Alice’s volunteer work showcases a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and facilitating workshops in various settings. Alice holds a degree in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Warwick.
