Will Rogers

Will Rogers is currently the Managing Director at East Midlands Railway since January 2020. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Managing Director at Arriva Rail London from May 2016 to December 2019. He has an extensive background in the railway industry, having served as the Production Director and Head of Fleet and Engineering at CrossCountry Trains from October 2009 to May 2016. Before that, Will worked as a Voyager and HST Fleet Manager at CrossCountry Trains. He began his career as a Consultant at Interfleet Technology from February 2001 to January 2009. Will Rogers earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Surrey from 1994 to 1998.
